My first world book day costume idea is Mel from Little Bang by Kelly McCaughrain. Mel is one of the main characters in Little Bang, she has an interest in space and time. I picture Mel wearing lots of jumpers. She also wears her school uniform. She has a planetary necklace and often has a book.

My second idea is Dark from A Game Of Life Or Death By Triona Campbell. Dark is one of the characters in A Game Of Life Or Death, he is a hacker who enjoys tea and organized work areas. Dark wears black hoodies, black shirts and black jeans.

My final idea is Rose from The Silver Road by Sinéad O’Hart. Rose is the main character in The Silver Road. Rose can be seen wearing oversized t-shirts and old sweat shorts. She also wears a cardigan and carried around a couple crógíní in paper with her. She has a book of Irish myths and legends as well.
