Traitor In The Game is the highly anticipated sequel to The Game Of Life Or Death. After Asha uncovers the truth behind SHACKLE, most people think the mystery is done, but Asha is still searching for answers. Dark is still missing, Asha still doesn’t know who ordered her sister’s murder and Zu Tech, even after being destroyed, is still looking for world domination. Asha and her team enter an eSports competition in New York. She hopes to find clues that may be able to solve her questions once and for all but her enemies are closer than she ever thought.

I loved this book. It is the perfect sequel to the first book. There is suspense, mystery, betrayal and action. It has a bunch of unexpected twists, some of which made me audibly gasp.

 In Traitor In The Game you get a deeper look into the lives of many of the characters. This makes the already great characters even better. My favorite character is definitely Josh, even though you don’t see much of his background, his funniness and love for his family make him the best. 

This book is really fun to read and it transports you into another world. When I was reading this I was completely oblivious to the rest of the world. The new settings in this book, both virtual and real, add so much more to explore throughout the book. I cannot wait for the next book in the series. I hope Triona writes quickly.
