These Are The Words is a book of poetry. It includes poems about love, family and friendship. There are poems for when you are hurting, when you need to protest and when you need to heal. All of the poems are really beautiful. There are over 100 poems and each one is unique and meaningful.

My favorite poem was definitely ‘sometimes you meet a wild girl’. I found it very relatable. The poem is about meeting people who make you feel free and I have met a few people who make me feel that way. It made me smile when I read it. Every word in this poem works so well with the word straight after. 

I love poetry very much and These Are The Words fulfilled all of my expectations and more. This book made me so happy when reading it. I’ve read These Are The Words twice in the last day and a half and I will probably read it again soon.

I would recommend this book to anyone who likes poetry.
