The Changing Man is a creepy YA book about disappearing students at Nithercott Academy, a prestigious boarding school. Ife, a new student, will do whatever it takes to not become like everything and everyone in the school, but when one of her only friends goes missing for a day and returns completely different, she is determined to find out what is happening at Nithercott.

I really liked this book, it had fun characters and a great ending. The Changing Man has a lot of unexpected twists and a mystery that leaves you guessing until the end.

I liked the characters in The Changing Man because each one was so different but they all complemented each other well. I loved see how Ife, Bee and Ben’s relationships developed throughout the book as they grew closer together.

I would recommend this book to someone how is looking for a thrilling YA book with some creepy monsters and friendships.
