Game Over Girl by Naomi Gibson

Game Over Girl is about Lola Whitmore, after her mother dies in a train crash and her twin sister is adopted by a different family, she has nowhere left to go. Then she unexpectedly gets a full scholarship to Leighton, a boarding school far away from her home. She is then chosen to participate in testing a new VR game called Better Than Life. The game is addicting and she soon is skipping classes to play it. She creates a perfect world and all she has to do to keep it is hide her deepest secrets.

I really enjoyed Game Over Girl, it had an exciting plot and lots of very unexpected twists. It was funny and the characters are really  entertaining.

My favorite character is Georgie because she is really funny and kinda reminds me of one of my friends.

I would recommend this to anyone who liked Every Line Of You or other VR set books.
