Rebel Dawn is the third and final book in the Rebel Skies trilogy. It follows Kurara, Haru and Himura’s journey to make the Star Seed bloom and free the shikigami.they have to travel through villages devastated by shadow monsters and a country at war. If Kurara can’t make the Star Seed bloom all the pain she has caused will be for nothing, but there is more to lose than she knows.
I loved Rebel Dawn. It is the perfect ending to this trilogy. It had everything I wanted it to have and more. It’s full of action and adventure. It has a really sad twist at the end. I really liked reading the epilogue and getting to see how much Kurara’s life and the world changed after the events of this book.
In Rebel Dawn, you get to explore even more of Kurara’s world. I loved seeing places we’ve already seen when they are war torn and getting to see the changes war made on everything. I also loved getting to discover new parts of the world while Kurara learns more about her past and how to save the shikigami.
I really enjoyed reading from Tomoe’s perspective in this book. It’s one of the perspectives I really enjoyed from Rebel Fire and I loved getting to see her thoughts again. I also really liked following her journey to get back to the Orihime and getting to see more of her friendship with Sayo.
